Welcome to the Spring 2013 Metabolic Fitness Management Boot Camp. The purpose of
Camp is to give a great high-intensity workout in a positive, team-oriented environment.
It is not easy to
push yourself past your physical and mental limitations, and because of this, people
too often find
themselves in a “plateau” in terms of results. Boot Camp is designed to provide difficult
force you through that “plateau” by utilizing functional training movements and cardiovascular
Every workout you attend will be different and challenging. Most physiological changes
occur at or around
6 weeks of consistent diet and exercise. Our Boot Camp is 6 weeks long in order to
get you started on the
path to success and change the way you think about working out, as well as to help
you develop better
fitness habits for the future.
The “Beginner” Boot camp is forfirst-timers, those with beginner level fitness ability
or for those participants with pre-existing injuries. *Each participant in the “Beginner”
Camp will be assigned a Personal Trainer Mentor (same instructors putting you through
the workouts) who will check in on you weekly for motivation, food
journaling, additional workout guidance when you are not in sessions and to answer
any questions you may have during the program.
Beginner Boot Camp:
• Comprised of 30, 1-hour group training sessions
• “Mentor” program to keep you motivated and to provide additional support
• 3 Months access to our Online Nutrition Program
• AM and PM sessions available
