Boot Camp Spring 2013-

Welcome to the Spring 2013 Metabolic Fitness Management Boot Camp. The purpose of Boot
Camp is to give a great high-
push yourself past your physical and mental limitations, and because of this, people too often find
themselves in a “plateau” in terms of results. Boot Camp is designed to provide difficult workouts that
force you through that “plateau” by utilizing functional training movements and cardiovascular training.
Every workout you attend will be different and challenging. Most physiological changes occur at or around
6 weeks of consistent diet and exercise. Our Boot Camp is 6 weeks long in order to get you started on the
path to success and change the way you think about working out, as well as to help you develop better
fitness habits for the future.
The “Beginner” Boot camp is forfirst-
journaling, additional workout guidance when you are not in sessions and to answer any questions you may have during the program.
Beginner Boot Camp:

• “Mentor” program to keep you motivated and to provide additional support
• 3 Months access to our Online Nutrition Program
• AM and PM sessions available
