Metabolic Fitness Management has many options to choose from when selecting the right
program for you. We offer half hour and hour long sessions, you can train anywhere
from 1-4 times a week, and our programs range from 1 to 12 months in length. Due
to the multitude of options, prices and programs are presented after your FREE initial
meeting with a personal trainer. We are not going to “sell you” training like the
other health clubs out there; rather once we discuss your goals, health, fitness
history, schedule, and diet, you pick the program that best suits you!
