“I started the personal training program when my weight hit just over 200 lbs. I
had hit rock bottom; I had nowhere else to turn to. I completely let myself go. I
started working out with Ron once a week. The workouts were tough, but I constantly

“I started my new life when I saw that MFM was having a Biggest Loser contest. I
had visited the gym before, but I was always too apprehensive to join. The contest
gave me a reason to give the gym a shot. I worked with Jake, and I saw that it was
not as intimidating as I had thought. From that first session on, I loved it! The
atmosphere of the gym and all the great trainers was exactly what I was looking for.
I train mostly with Jake, but I’ve worked with most of the other trainers at some
point. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. My sessions with
Jake are hard, challenging, intense, and fun. My outlook on fitness and lifestyle
has been changed forever. And having a smart and kind person to rely on when I have
questions, or hit a plateau is incredibly helpful. Since I started here, I have learned

The online nutrition program is so very helpful; it’s like a daily game to see how
well I can eat. Also, the MFM Boot Camp is amazing. I can’t wait for each new session.
