“I started my new life when I saw that MFM was having a Biggest Loser contest. I had visited the gym before, but I was always too apprehensive to join. The contest gave me a reason to give the gym a shot. I worked with Jake, and I saw that it was not as intimidating as I had thought.  From that first session on, I loved it! The atmosphere of the gym and all the great trainers was exactly what I was looking for.  

  I train mostly with Jake, but I’ve worked with most of the other trainers at some point. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. My sessions with Jake are hard, challenging, intense, and fun. My outlook on fitness and lifestyle has been changed forever. And having a smart and kind person to rely on when I have questions, or hit a plateau is incredibly helpful. Since I started here, I have learned proper form, and new ideas for when I am not with a trainer. This also helps me to encourage and help others in my life.  

 The online nutrition program is so very helpful; it’s like a daily game to see how well I can eat. Also, the MFM Boot Camp is amazing. I can’t wait for each new session. I have lost over 80 lbs, and plan to keep it going to lose an additional 45 lbs and to stay fit forever. I don’t think I could thank MFM enough for helping me to achieve my goals.”
